Tutor Salary: £25 - £35 per hour Job Duties: Provide academic support and instruction to students in a one-on-one or small group setting Develop individualised lesson plans based on student's needs and curriculum requirements Assess student's progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff Keep accurate records of student attendance and performance Required Qualifications: Teaching qualification or relevant experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Previous tutoring or teaching experience preferred Knowledge and Skills: Strong grasp of the subject matter being taught Patience and empathy towards students Organisational skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Education or subject area Experience working with students with special educational needs Working Conditions: Part-time hours, flexible schedule Work may take place in a school, library, or student's home Opportunity for remote tutoring sessions All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
