The Growth Company has an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Co-ordinator who will support the HR Service Desk Team Leader in delivering high-quality HR services across the Growth Company. Key responsibilities include quality-checking HR Co-ordinators’ work, offering feedback, acting as an HR subject matter expert, and managing HR systems and metrics reporting.
This is a fixed term contract until September 2026
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct daily quality checks on HR Co-ordinators’ work, offering feedback and acting as a subject matter expert.
* Serve as the first point of escalation for complex HR queries from employees, managers, and external stakeholders.
* Monitor team performance, support achievement of key objectives, and deliver training as needed.
* Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee lifecycle changes and payroll data, resolving issues proactively.
* Produce and analyse HR reports and metrics to support business units and HR Business Partners.
* Contribute to HR projects, maintain efficient systems and processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills Required
* Proven HR experience in a similar role, with strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR practices.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and skilled in data management and reporting.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment.
