We are currently partnering with a College Group, who are recruiting for a Head of Private Office to Group CEO to join their growing team on a permanent basis. Duties will include (but are not limited to): * Taking ownership of day to day operations of the CEO’s office, ensuring timely and professional communications * Report on to multiple sites to ensure the coordination of resources * Providing high-quality Executive and personal assistant support, prioritising and optimising the CEO’s diary * Leading coordination of resources, facilities, events and travel across College and Trust sites; oversee high-profile visits * Drafting, reviewing and managing internal/external communications, working closely with the Communications team * Preparing concise briefings and reports; commission and synthesise analysis ahead of meetings and public engagements Experience required: * Experience required in business operations * Experience in leadership of administration/secretarial teams with multi-site coordination Rewards and Benefits: * Hybrid working * Flexible working days Working hours: * 37 hours per week * Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm Please note that you require recent experience to apply...
