What we’re looking for

* Expertise in commercial modelling, pricing mechanics, and margin structures gained through hands-on development and application of pricing frameworks
* Demonstrated success in designing and operationalising structured frameworks, tools, or policies across a matrixed organisation
* Extensive experience collaborating with cross-functional teams - including product, marketing, finance, legal, and operations
* Highly detail orientated with a structured, process-driven mindset
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to distil complex pricing models into clear, actionable insights for senior audiences and influence strategic decision-making
