About the Role:
Our client is a small yet growing, family-run architecture studio based in London, they are seeking a Studio Manager to join their close-knit team.
The role offers flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to take ownership of essential studio operations and book-keeping. You will be a linchpin for the business and will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of the studio. This is a highly cross-functional role with broad duties, working closely with passionate and knowledgeable individuals.
This role would be ideal for an individual with experience working for a small, family run architecture studio or construction company. They offer hybrid working of 2 days from home per week.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling and general administrative tasks
2. Processing invoicing, expenses, payments, and reconciliations via Xero
3. Preparing financial reports, tracking budgets, and assisting with forecasting
4. Preparing and submitting timely and accurate planning applications
5. Supporting with tender submissions
6. Communicating, building and maintaining relationships with clients and other stakeholders
7. Supporting the team with ad hoc operational needs and fostering a positive workplace culture
