Role Overview
Our client is seeking motivated B2B Sales Executives to drive business growth by developing new client relationships and managing existing accounts. The role focuses on promoting the range of hardware and IT services to businesses across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking
* Build and manage strong relationships with new and existing clients
* Understand customer IT requirements and recommend appropriate hardware and service solutions
* Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product recommendations
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Maintain accurate records of sales activity using CRM systems
* Collaborate with internal teams (technical support, procurement) to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in B2B sales (IT hardware or technology sector preferred)
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Target-driven with a proactive and self-motivated approach
* Ability to understand technical products (training provided where necessary)
* Competent in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Desirable
* Experience selling Dell or similar IT products
* Knowledge of IT infrastructure, servers, or managed services
