This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with schools, colleges, and community partners to support children and families at key transition points and help prevent needs from escalating.
About the Role
As a School and Community Practitioner, you will be the key link between early help and education settings, providing advice, guidance, and support to families and professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support schools to deliver the Family Help offer and promote positive engagement.
2. Champion the voice of the child and promote trauma informed practice.
This is a frontline role where your ability to build relationships, navigate complex needs, and empower families will be key to achieving positive outcomes.
