Director - Sales Development (SDR) – Europe, UK based
An exciting opportunity exists in our Sales Development organization for a 2nd-line Manager looking to further their career in a hyper-growth, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
You will be a key contributor to the corporate sales strategy, providing a healthy and reliable inbound and outbound pipeline to support the overall sales organization and achieve regional objectives.
Location and Reporting
* Based in London, UK
* Hybrid work model with a minimum of 2 days in the office
* Reports to VP of Global Sales Development
Team and Travel
* Direct reports: SDR Managers and SDR teams in Europe
* Occasional travel
Language Requirement
* Fluent English
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead a rapidly growing team of SDR Managers and SDRs, focusing on scaling and evolving the organization.
2. Coach and develop Sales Development Managers, collaborate with marketing and sales teams on demand generation, partner with regional Sales Management to meet targets, and participate in recruitment to meet hiring goals.
3. Drive sales development execution, ensure target attainment, accurate forecasting, and transparency.
4. Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent, fostering a high-performance team through coaching, mentorship, and growth opportunities.
5. Motivate individuals through management, coaching, creative incentives, and results sharing.
6. Create scalable, data-driven processes and playbooks to enable the team to achieve pipeline and revenue goals while maintaining a focus on customer experience.
7. Participate in European-wide projects to drive innovation and keep processes agile and ahead of market trends.
8. Promote the organization within the wider business and champion company values of trust, growth, diversity, giving back, and innovation.
Candidate Profile
* 5+ years’ experience leading SDR teams of 30+ people, including managers
* Proven success in achieving pipeline and revenue targets
* Experience defining processes and building playbooks in fast-growing companies
* Experience scaling teams with inbound and outbound responsibilities, focusing on people, culture, and results
* Creative problem-solving skills and ability to implement innovative solutions
* Collaborative approach with change management skills
