Responsibilities
* Lead the housekeeping team as part of the management team, ensuring daily operations run smoothly.
* Drive performance through inspiring and developing the team to deliver high standards consistently.
* Report directly to the Hotel Manager and cooperate with all other departments.
* Recruit, train, and manage performance of the housekeeping team.
* Take accountability for managing laundry and labour controls.
* Maintain brand standards and detail orientation, ensuring compliance with health and safety, COSHH, and audit processes.
* Demonstrate strong communication skills, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and stay calm under pressure.
* Manage time effectively and champion change within the team.
Qualifications
* Management experience in a similar hospitality environment.
* Visible passion for setting high standards and driving results.
* Knowledge of health and safety compliance, including COSHH.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Capability to lead and inspire a team in a dynamic setting.
