We need articulate and enthusiastic Integration Architects to support and lead our clients in implementing integration best practice. Role overview: As an Integration Architect, you will provide expert guidance on integration strategy, architecture, and design, delivering high-level solutions that align with client needs and technical standards. You will lead the design and implementation of integration blueprints, act as a technical point of contact for clients, and provide leadership to integration teams while driving innovation and consistency across diverse projects. Responsibilities: Deliver class-leading advice and guidance on Integration Strategy, Architecture and Design Evaluate and recommend integration approaches based on client needs Design and oversee the implementation of integration solutions, developing blueprints and technical specifications Define integration standards and principles to ensure consistency and compliance with relevant standards Provide technical leadership for Integration Designers and Developers and act as technical point of contact for clients. Assist in the development of Glue intellectual property for the Integration Practice. Deliver integration high level designs Be the thought leader in integration and support the delivery integration strategy across different clients Technical Input and ownership of core programme technology risks to drive and derisk delivery Produce high level Architecture Design Documents including Integration/API Catalogues, Application Component Models and Connectivity Models and providing direction to support detailed design About the candidate: Extensive experience in enterprise integration architecture (3 years acting as an integration architect), and some client-consulting experience is prefferable Demonstrable Integration Design and Development experience Sound understanding of SOA and REST principles and their application, as well as API management, MFT, ETL, and Messaging concepts Demonstrable experience with one or more Integration technologies, for example: MuleSoft, WebSphere, Oracle, WebMethods, Talend, Tibco, Apache Camel, Dell Boomi. (MuleSoft plus at least one other preferred) Knowledge and experience of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), as well as familiarity with XSD / XML / XSLT / WS/APIs/JSON/ MQ (e.g. ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, MQSeries, MSMQ) Ability to develop relationships and quickly build a rapport with key stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization, explaining complex concepts in an digestible format Preferable experience with Java Frameworks such as Hibernate, Camel; an understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines, and architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF, Zachman, MODAF etc. Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy on delivering outcomes that exceed client expectations.
