You’ll collaborate closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to deliver personalised support and ensure every child has the opportunity to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:

Support pupils with SEND in both mainstream and specialist settings.

Adapt learning materials and strategies to meet individual needs.

Work effectively as part of a wider team across different schools.

Promote inclusion and celebrate every child’s achievements.
We’re looking for someone who:

Has experience working with children with additional needs (autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, etc.).

Is flexible, enthusiastic, and confident working in varied school environments.

Can build strong, supportive relationships with pupils and staff.

Demonstrates patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
