What You'll Do:
* Lead the delivery of Tier 3 ENT services in community clinics
* Conduct outpatient assessments, diagnostics, and minor ENT procedures
* Supervise and mentor ENT GPwERs and support their CPD
* Review complex cases, triage referrals, and participate in joint teaching clinics
* Attend clinical governance meetings and contribute to audits and pathway development
* Support service development and guideline improvement
