Junior Sales Operations Analyst London Permanent £35,000 DOE ARM are delighted to be supporting one of our clients with the recruitment of a Junior Sales Operations Analyst on a permanent basis. The purpose of the role is to support sales effectiveness and business performance through data accuracy, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. Responsibilities: Responsible for closing sales opportunities in the system upon receipt of customer purchase orders, ensuring accurate documentation is uploaded, archived, and maintained in line with internal processes Support the processing of sales commissions, bonuses, and incentive programs Assist sales operations team with forecasting through accurate data collection and analysis Help track sales team KPIs and performance metrics Create and maintain regular reports and dashboards for business insights Maintain and manage sales & customer records within CRM database, admin work Undertake projects/tasks assigned by the Sales Operations Manager Requirements: Strong attention to detail Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Ability to adapt to change Quick thinking and agile Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated and eager to learn/develop within the role Problem solving and analytical skills Microsoft Office -intermediate proficiency, especially Excel.
