Duties:
* Act as the lead Transaction Manager, overseeing the sale of finance, insurance, warranties, and additional products to customers
* Ensure all sales are compliant with FCA regulations and internal policies
* Provide guidance and training to sales teams on finance and insurance products
* Assist in closing vehicle sales and valuing part exchange vehicles
* Produce monthly reports on finance and insurance sales performance
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Collaborate with the sales team to maximise revenue opportunities and improve overall sales processes
Requirements:
* Proven recent experience as a Transaction Manager or Business Manager within a franchise‑approved automotive dealership
* Strong understanding of FCA compliance and retail finance products
* Excellent communication and leadership skills to train and support sales teams
* Driving licence with minimal points
* Ability to deliver results and maintain a high standard of customer service
* Based within or willing to commute to the Bath area, with reasonable travel to Cheltenham preferred
