We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming Primary School in Barry from September 2025.
đź“… Working Hours: 3 days per week
đź“Ť Location: Barry, Vale of Glamorgan
đź“š Key Stage: Supporting a Key Stage 2 classroom as a general LSA
Key Responsibilities:
Provide in-class support to the class teacher
Assist with the learning and development of pupils
Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Essential Requirements:
Level 3 Teaching and Learning qualification
Proven experience working in a Primary School setting
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Passionate about supporting children's education and wellbeing
