PiCL is recruiting for a Programme Director on a fixed‑term, two‑year, part‑time contract (0.8 Full‑Time Equivalent, 30 hours per week). The role delivers strategic oversight for our Arts Council‑funded NPO programme and additional activity strands, requiring strategic planning skills, creative initiative and a passion for fostering creative opportunities for children and young people.
