Overview
As a Brand Ambassador for Cosine, working on behalf of Hyperoptic, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing relationships with Sales and Development teams within new build developments. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance the advocacy of Hyperoptic's high-speed broadband services by engaging with on-site sales staff and development suites.
Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver coverage in line with or above expected calls per day.
* Increase awareness and enthusiasm for Hyperoptic's services among sales teams by delivering tailored presentations, training sessions, and providing the latest product information. You will also have access to leaflets to leave behind on site, and digital tools.
* Collect net promoter scores from sites visited to prove impact of training and provide detailed written anecdotal feedback on interactions and conversations.
* Research sites in your call file and create coverage plans to ensure successful delivery of the activity, including setting appointments with key stakeholders to ensure productive site visits.
* Gather insights from on-site teams and communicate them back to Hyperoptic to help refine offerings, messaging, and support tools.
* Ideally, you\'ll have previous experience in training, field sales, or a related role; experience in telecommunications, real estate, or new build development sectors is advantageous.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
* Strong relationship-building abilities, with a focus on creating long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and take initiative in driving results.
* Willingness to travel regularly to various sites within the assigned region.
* Strong ability to research new developments, plan site visits strategically, and set appointments with stakeholders to ensure optimal outcomes.
* A good understanding of broadband services, particularly within new build developments, is advantageous.
* Full UK driving license and use of a vehicle; happy to wear a branded uniform.
* You will be provided with a phone and tablet.
Contract / Schedule and Compensation
* Virtual training on 27 October 2025 with live deployment thereafter; working 7 days per week initially, then 4 days per week (Mon, Thu, Fri, Sat) at 7.5 hours per day.
* Daily rate: £133.28 per day including holiday pay and completion bonus, plus mileage.
* Alternate daily rate: £110 per day plus holiday pay (total £123.28).
* £10 per day completion bonus.
* Working days to be agreed in advance; flexible around opening days of Sales Suites.
* 7.5 hours plus 30 minutes unpaid lunch.
