Job Title: Fabricator
A reputable Engineering & Manufacturing business in Accrington is expanding and now seeking multiple Fabricator professionals to join their team on a permanent basis.
Reporting directly to the Team Leader, the Fabricator will be responsible for high-quality MIG and TIG welding and fabrication work across pipework, structural steel, sheet metal, and bespoke metal components.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform MIG & TIG welding to a high standard
* Fabricate components in stainless steel
* Work confidently from detailed engineering drawings
* Ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality output
* Maintain a safe, efficient, and productive working environment
Requirements
* Level 3 City & Guilds qualified (or equivalent) essential
* Proven MIG & TIG welding experience
* Strong fabrication background
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* Excellent attention to detail and work ethic
Hours & Pay
Permanent Contractual Hours
40 hours per week
Mon Thurs: 6:30am 5:00pm
Includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch
Includes a 15-minute paid morning break (approx. 10:00am)
Overtime Rates:
Friday: x1.5
Saturday: x1.5
Sunday: x2
Pay:
£17.20 per hour (Level 3 qualified)
