Contract BIC Engagement Lead | Integrated Air and Missile Defence (IAMD)
Evodia Limited is currently partnering with a reputable Defence organisation to identify anEngagement Leadwith active SC clearance for a critical contract based in Bristol. This opportunity offers a hybrid working model, combining on-site presence at DE&S Abbeywood with the flexibility of remote work, supporting a balanced work environment.
About the Role
TheEngagement Leadwill play a pivotal role in fostering engagement and delivering strategic outcomes for the Battlespace Integration Centre (BIC). You will be responsible for promoting BICs service portfolio, managing stakeholder relationships, generating project pipelines, and overseeing the delivery of multiple themes aligned with UK Defences evolving needs.
This is an exceptional chance to work within a programme dedicated to enhancing decision-making capabilities through trusted modelling, data insights, and collaborative storytelling. Your leadership will directly contribute to transforming Defence capabilities and fostering inclusive, effective collaboration across the industry and Defence community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote BICs delivered work and service offerings to stakeholders across Defence.
* Support briefings, presentations, and engagement initiatives, representing BIC with confidence.
* Develop and implement a pipeline of thematic work for the BIC team and the supplier ecosystem.
* Identify and manage the conversion of leads into tangible, confirmed project work.
* Coordinate task delivery in line with BICs delivery lifecycle, ensuring adherence to time, budget, and quality standards.
* Lead and resource cross-disciplinary teams from BIC and external suppliers.
* Manage stakeholder relationships, including complex senior-level engagement within NADG & MSHQ.
* Address delivery issues proactively, providing escalation routes when necessary.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
* A Masters Degree in a STEM discipline
* Professional registration (Chartered or equivalent)
* Extensive knowledge of Integrated Air and Missile Defence (IAMD)
* Proven experience influencing senior leadership within large, complex organisations, particularly through transformational change
* Strong communication skills articulate, collaborative, and decisive
* Experience managing technical teams in Agile environments
* Demonstrated servant leadership and coaching in agile product delivery
Contract Details:
* Start:ASAP
* Contract Length:Until 21 March 2026 (scope for extension)
* Location:Bristol with hybrid working arrangements
* Day Rate:Up to £650 per day (Inside IR35)
* Security Clearance:SC clearance minimum required
