About The Role
Sytner Oldbury has a fantastic opportunity available for an Accounts Assistant to join their team.
As a Sytner Accounts Assistant, you will support the day-to-day functions of the accounts department, including managing the sales and purchase ledgers, daily cash postings, and bank reconciliations. You will also assist the Dealership Accountant and Management team with ad-hoc duties as required.
Sytner Accounts Assistants work a variety of flexible patterns between Mondays and Fridays; however, this may sometimes include weekends to ensure excellent customer service.
About You
Applicants should have experience in an accounting role as a minimum requirement. Knowledge of accounting routines, including stock checks and month-end reconciliations, is essential. Knowledge of the CDK/Kerridge Dealer Management system and Microsoft Office is advantageous but not essential.
Ideally, you will be enthusiastic, well-organized, diligent, and capable of working to strict deadlines, paying attention to detail, and functioning both independently and as part of a team.
