Who You Are We are looking for Social Workers who are passionate about safeguarding children and supporting families. You should be skilled in assessment, planning, and delivering interventions. A commitment to working collaboratively, inclusively, and creatively is essential, as is the ability to be resilient, reflective, and confident in making difficult decisions. You must be able to work effectively within a supportive team environment, be registered with Social Work England, and hold a recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with 3 years post-qualification experience (PQE).
