Finance Officer1218 Month Fixed-Term ContractExcellent Pension & Benefits PackageWe're working with a well-established healthcare organisation in Redhill to recruit a Finance Officer on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave.This is an important appointment for the business, with the successful candidate joining a high-performing finance team that plays a key role in supporting the wider organisation. The team has built a strong reputation internally and is looking for someone who can maintain that momentum, providing accurate financial support and ensuring continuity throughout the maternity cover period.This is a hands-on role offering regular interaction with colleagues and senior stakeholders across the organisation, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships as well as delivering high-quality financial administration and reporting.Key responsibilities will include:Processing and maintaining accurate financial recordsSupporting month-end activities and reporting requirementsManaging reconciliations and financial controlsAssisting with budgeting and financial information requestsWorking closely with stakeholders across the organisationHelping ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the finance functionWe're looking for someone who:Has previous experience within a finance positionPossesses excellent attention to detailIs organised, reliable and able to manage competing prioritiesCan work proactively and independently when requiredEnjoys working as part of a collaborative teamTakes pride in producing accurate, high-quality workThe organisation offers a supportive and welcoming environment, strong leadership, excellent benefits, and a highly attractive pension scheme.
