About the role
The General Medical Council (GMC) is seeking two Facilities Assistants to join our Facilities team in Manchester City Centre. You will provide effective, high-quality day-to-day facilities support and reception services.
Applicants should have experience working in a front-line, customer-facing environment and demonstrate strong communication skills in person, over the phone, and in writing. Building relationships with colleagues at all levels to ensure commitments are met is essential.
Proficiency in IT skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, is required. Experience with automated Help Desk and room booking systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
