Due to team expanding, we are currently seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Film and TV account manager to join our rental team in Irlam, Greater Manchester.
In this role, you will be tasked with managing and establishing strong relationships with production teams and crews. It will be required that you develop a unique understanding of the customer’s needs and interpret them correctly throughout the project, handling the account from first enquiry to invoice.
Core Responsibilities
1. Using our rental software RT Pro, book, manage, and fulfill hire requirements, ensuring information to the warehouse team is accurate and timely.
2. Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and other documents to manage your workflow and workload.
3. Forge and establish relationships with production and crew to create new opportunities.
4. Maintain awareness of all current bookings and collaborate with other members of the rental team to ensure customer needs and expectations are met to a high standard.
5. Provide information on your current live hires to the Sales Director and ensure the status of your work is financially accurate.
6. Support the marketing team in promoting the brand.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, with one Saturday morning per month, 08:00-12:00, on a rota basis as workload dictates during busy periods.
