As the Senior Duty Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the park. From overseeing staff and customer service to maintaining high standards of safety and ensuring an exceptional guest experience, you will be the heart of our operations team. Key Responsibilities: Daily Operations: Oversee all aspects of the park’s daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time. Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff, fostering a positive, safety-focused work culture. Safety Management: Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed, including staff training, maintenance of equipment, and adherence to health and safety regulations. Customer Experience: Ensure every guest has a memorable and safe experience, handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care. Inventory & Maintenance: Monitor and maintain equipment, ensuring inflatables are in excellent condition. Coordinate repairs or replacements when necessary. Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional events, deals, and activities that drive attendance and customer satisfaction. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in duty management, preferably in a leisure, entertainment, or hospitality setting. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Strong problem-solving ability and a hands-on, proactive approach. Knowledge of health and safety regulations, especially in a recreational or public space. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Passion for customer service and creating great experiences for guests.
