Operations Coordinator for Award-Winning Transport Company (Norwich)
Contract Personnel is seeking a dynamic and motivated Operations Coordinator to join a prestigious transport company located on the outskirts of Norwich. Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person at the showroom
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is professional and positive
Plan efficient driving routes for the team
Manage the schedule for a large pool of drivers
Drive vehicles to events, exhibitions, and shows
Coordinate and schedule regular vehicle servicing and MOTs
Order and manage car parts for the fleet
Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the vehicle fleet and premises
What We’re Looking For:
A valid UK driving licence (must be over 25 years of age for insurance purposes)
Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
A confident, professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset
The ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure
A willingness to undergo training for a Broadland Licence
A genuine interest in or knowledge of vehicle mechanics
Hours & Salary:
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (flexibility required during busy periods, including evenings and weekends)
Salary: From £25,000 annually (DOE)
