Key Responsibilities
Improve manufacturing systems, processes, and production flow
Support fabrication and assembly operations for heavy machinery
Develop efficient production methods and shop-floor layouts
Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, Yamazumi, and continuous improvement initiatives
Manage BOMs (Bills of Materials) and material flow
Coordinate with production, quality, supply chain, and design engineering teams
Troubleshoot manufacturing and assembly issues
Drive cost reduction, waste reduction, and productivity improvements
Support new product introduction (NPI)
Improve safety, quality, and delivery performance across operations
Skills & Experience
Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
Experience in heavy equipment, fabrication, or assembly manufacturing
Lean manufacturing and CI tools
Root-cause analysis and problem solving
ERP/MRP systems knowledge
Understanding of welding, machining, hydraulics, and assembly processes
Strong communication and project coordination skills
