About the Role WAYA is Dohop's self-transfer booking platform, connecting travellers through smart itinerary combinations backed by ConnectSure protection. As we scale, data-driven pricing and trading insight are critical to our commercial success. We are looking for a sharp, analytically minded Trading & Pricing Analyst to own the analysis of all trading activity on the WAYA platform and help shape the pricing strategy. This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of commercial strategy, data analysis, and product performance. Key Responsibilities Trading Analysis Monitor and analyse all booking and trading activity across WAYA on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in booking volumes, conversion rates, route performance, and customer behaviour. Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility into the platform's trading health. Investigate underperforming routes or segments and surface actionable recommendations. Pricing & Fee Management Support the development and ongoing management of the pricing strategy across routes, markets, and booking flows. Analyse the impact of fee changes on conversion, revenue, and competitiveness. Conduct regular benchmarking against market conditions and competitor offerings. Model pricing scenarios to forecast the revenue and volume impact of proposed changes. Work with data, engineering and product teams to implement and test fee adjustments. Insights & Reporting Produce clear, concise reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and leadership. Translate complex data into actionable business recommendations. Contribute to quarterly and annual planning through trading forecasts and pricing analysis. What We're Looking For 2-4 years of experience in a commercial analytics, pricing, revenue management, or trading analysis role. Strong analytical skills. Comfortable working with large datasets and drawing meaningful conclusions. Solid understanding of pricing principles and commercial metrics (conversion, margin, elasticity). Nice to Have Experience in travel tech, OTA, or airline/revenue management environments. Familiarity with self-transfer, virtual interlining, or ancillary fee models. Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
