We are hiring a Customer Marketing Manager to join our regional team in Northern Europe and the Nordics, to elevate our commercial planning and activation. Based in Richmond, you will collaborate with internal and distributor teams across 9 markets, responsible for planning and executing growth drivers in partnership with Distributors, to foster the next phase of growth for our premium and luxury spirits portfolio.

Main Responsibilities
1. Lead planning and execution of growth activities across all channels and customer segments, developing an annual activity calendar to accelerate brand growth in key outlets.
2. Develop integrated activity calendars, including assets, brand events, and activations, ensuring omnichannel consistency leveraging global support.
3. Collaborate with Distributors and cross-functional teams to gather insights, set activation targets, and manage the regional drive cycle to meet objectives.
4. Evaluate the impact of growth drivers to identify successful strategies and foster continuous performance improvement.
