We're a friendly company in the commercial electronic security and life safety sector, and we're looking for a proactive Commercial Administrator to join our team. If you enjoy keeping things organised, supporting others, and taking pride in doing things well, you'll fit right in here.

This role is varied, supportive, and essential to our day-to-day operations. You'll be involved in administration, customer communication, bids/tenders, accreditation management, CRM oversight, and the wider Support Services support.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting Our Customers & Sales Team

* Being the first friendly voice for inbound customer enquiries
* Processing customer sales orders
* Helping the sales team with reports, emails, and organised documentation
* Building positive relationships with new and existing customers

Helping with Bids, Tenders & Accreditations

* Assisting with preparing tender submissions and ensuring deadlines are met
* Checking tender portals daily for new opportunities
* Keeping our compliance documents and company information neatly organised
* Working with internal teams to gather technical and commercial details
* Managing the renewals of our industry accreditations and maintaining accurate records

Marketing & External Liaison

* Liaising with our external marketing provider to support campaigns, content, and brand consistency
* Coordinating internal requests for marketing materials or updates

CRM Management & Data Quality

* Managing and overseeing our CRM package, ensuring accurate data entry, tidy records, and efficient workflows
* Supporting improvements, updates, and CRM best practice across the team
* Experience with HubSpot is advantageous

General Administration & Team Support

* Providing day-to-day admin support across the commercial and sales functions
* Helping manage sales pipelines and preparing monthly reports
* Creating clear, straightforward documents for internal and external use
* Liaising with external partners when needed

We Think You'll Be Great If You Are…

* Super organised with strong attention to detail
* Friendly, clear, and confident in written and verbal communication
* Good at juggling multiple tasks and working to deadlines
* Experienced in admin, sales support, tenders, compliance, or CRM management
* Competent with MS Office and CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a bonus)
* Proactive, dependable, and keen to learn

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to £24,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week
