About the Role We are looking for a motivated and professional individual to join our team in a key learner support role. You will play an important part in helping the College run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall learner and staff experience. The successful candidate will take the lead in managing and developing SEND practice at the College, ensuring appropriate support for learners, through managing a team of practitioners and specialists. Whether supporting students, staff, systems, or services, you’ll bring a positive approach and a strong focus on collaboration, teamwork, and attention to detail. This role is based at the Coventry College campus, and hybrid working is not available. This is due to the operational requirement to provide on-site support for learner services.
