2 x Assembly Operatives required in Stafford Park (Telford).
Location: Stafford Park, Telford
Salary: A GBP 13.50 per hour
Shift Pattern: Working 39.5 hours a week, Mon to Thu 7:30am : 4:00pm and Fri 7:30am : 3:00pm
Due to continued growth, we are looking to hire 2 Assembly Operatives to join a well established manufacturing business in Stafford Park, please note there will be an initial 3:month probation period, after which, all being well, the role will become permanent.
The hiring manager would prefer someone who has worked in a sheet metal / fabrication manufacturing business previously, this job would be a great fit for someone who has previously worked as a Linisher, Fettler, Riveter, Assembly Technician, Production Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Assembly Worker, Production Technician or Machine Operative within the Sheet Metal or Fabrication sector.
What Youll Do:
* Assembling multiAEUR'material components such as aluminium, steel, and polycarbonate sheeting
* Using tools and machinery including riveters, drills, power tools, hand tools and cutting equipment
* Cutting components to size and fastening via riveting, drilling, bolting, etc.
* Working safely at all times, following company processes and quality standards
* Receiving full jobAEUR'specific training to support your development
What Were Looking:
* Experience or understanding of working in a fastAEUR'paced manufacturing or workshop environment
* Ability to follow instructions, processes, and deadlines
* Competent using hand tools and power tools
* Comfortable working as part of a team
* A forklift licence would be beneficial but not essential
