As Lead Veterinary Surgeon, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care during consultations, procedures, and ongoing case management. Working alongside a dedicated Head Nurse and Practice Manager, you’ll take the reins in mentoring colleagues, supporting nurse consults and Schedule 3 procedures, and cultivating a collaborative, progressive clinical culture. You’ll also prepare tailored treatment plans, keep clients informed with clear updates, and ensure compliance with the highest regulatory and operational standards.
