Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite manner
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain an organised filing system for documents and records
- Assist with clerical duties such as typing and scanning
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience within an administrative or receptionist role is desirable
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in using office software
- Ability to perform clerical tasks accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with general administrative procedures
- Capability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
