About the Role As an HLTA, you will work flexibly across Years 2–5, contributing to high-quality classroom practice while supporting both whole-class learning and individual pupil progress. Your role will include: • Delivering targeted booster sessions and structured interventions • Providing classroom cover when required • Supporting and occasionally covering for the SEN TA • Collaborating closely with teachers to enhance learning outcomes • Helping maintain a positive, engaging, and nurturing learning environment This role is ideal for a confident practitioner with strong curriculum knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to supporting pupils’ academic and personal development.
