focused on major, high-impact projects. Were looking for a Senior Fire Engineer who

What Youll Be Doing
Create bespoke fire strategies that meet and exceed UK Building Regs
Work directly with architects, developers, contractors, and regulators
Lead on fire safety design, egress analysis, and protection strategies
Deliver high-quality technical reports and drawings
Mentor junior team members and support a growing Midlands presence
Conduct site visits and give practical, solution-focused advice
What Youll Bring
Degree in Fire, Mechanical, Civil, or Structural Engineering
2+ years in UK-based fire engineering (more if youre aiming for senior)
Strong understanding of ADB, BS standards, and performance-based design
Experience with FREAW and EWS1 assessments
Excellent writing and communication skills
A proactive, consultancy-driven mindset
Ambition to help grow something from the ground up
