Candidates will need the following skills and experience:
* Proven experience in hospitality or hotel interior design, demonstrating a strong portfolio of relevant projects
* Excellent CAD skills to facilitate detailed technical drawings and concepts
* Confident managing multiple deadlines and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams
* Ability to work independently and independently solve design challenges
* Previous experience within a senior role in similar design studios is essential
* Contribute across concept, FF&E, technical detailing and coordination
* Bring confidence, autonomy and senior-level judgement to a busy studio environment
Engagement Model
* Freelance contract preferred (5 days/week or flexible as required)
* Remote working flexibility available
* Competitive day rate — the studio is willing to pay appropriately for strong senior experience
* Not necessarily a full-time permanent hire — flexibility is key
