Job Title: Warehouse Administrator
Location: Crewe
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Are you an organised, proactive individual with experience in transport or warehouse administration? Our well-known Crewe-based client is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to join their busy site. This role would be ideal for someone with a transport admin background who is confident working in a fast-paced environment and comfortable being hands-on within the warehouse when required.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for delivery drivers, providing clear instructions on waiting areas and bay locations.

Handle all delivery-related paperwork, ensuring compliance with food safety and traceability requirements.
*
Book onsite deliveries and collections, liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain accurate schedules.
*
Monitor vehicle movements and maintain delivery notes and associated documentation.
*
Assist with general administrative tasks within the warehouse/transport office.
*
Support compliance processes, including audit preparation.
*
Manage the delivery booking calendar for all inbound site deliveries.
*
Occasionally step out of the office to pass information to warehouse staff as required.
About You:

Previous experience in warehouse or transport administration is highly desirable.

Strong communication and organisational skills.
*
Ability to multitask and work confidently in a busy operational environment.
*
Comfortable working both in the office and on the warehouse floor when needed.
