A fantastic, highly rated secondary school in East Birmingham are looking to recruit a full-time P.E. Cover Supervisor to join their supportive team from the start of the term in September 2025. To be considered you should be comfortable taking on a timetable which will include all year groups within the secondary range. The school is highly regarded for its pupil progress and Teacher support/ development. The role will initially be to cover maternity absence but further work will be available at the school for the right candidate.
Experience/ willingness to cover other subjects within secondary education is desired by the school as part of the weekly time table may involve cover supervision.
The successful PE Cover Supervisor will have:
Experience in the sports coaching and/ or education sector
Have the ability to deliver high quality sport and physical activity sessions across the National Curriculum
Have a knowledge and understanding of effective pupil behaviour management and be able to implement strategies with a class of 30 children
