The role

Were recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join our fast-paced team. Youll handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails, providing clear, accurate and friendly support to customers. Youll manage all cases through Salesforce, so confidence with CRM systems is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle high volumes of customer calls and emails
  • Log, track and resolve cases using Salesforce
  • Deliver excellent customer service on every interaction
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth resolutions
  • Follow company processes and service standards
About You
  • Experience in a busy customer service environment
  • Confident using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Positive, proactive and customer-focused
  • Reliable, organised and a strong team player
