Store Manager
Overview
As a Store Manager you will have the responsibility for the running of your store, leading from the front to maximise sales through local knowledge, exceed budget targets, control costs, promote exceptional customer service, and lead, motivate, develop and inspire your team.
Responsibilities
* Actively support, develop and mentor your team to maintain high store standards and deliver the best customer experience.
* Take ownership of the store by consistently maintaining commercial standards, merchandising to marketing guidelines and upholding general housekeeping.
* Provide a safe environment for your team and customers by implementing current health and safety policies.
* Achieve optimum sales through commerciality and ensure excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications
* Background in retail store management.
* Passionate about retail and customer service.
* Ready to take the next step in a retail management career.
* Can multitask, embrace change, and remain busy.
* Excellent listening skills and open to learning and using insight to develop the business.
