The Role
As an External Auditor, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality audit services to a varied portfolio of clients, working closely with managers and partners in a supportive team environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting with and leading statutory audits from planning through to completion
2. Preparing audit files in line with professional and regulatory standards
3. Performing audit testing, risk assessments and control evaluations
4. Drafting audit reports, management letters and clear audit documentation
5. Liaising directly with clients in a professional and confident manner
6. Supporting junior team members during fieldwork and on-site audits
7. Ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining a high standard of work
