Because of a high volume of ER cases there is a requirement for a HR Advisor with strengths in Employee Relations for some extra support initially on a short term basis but this could go perm. The team works fully remotely and is collaborative and supportive.
Your new role - HR Advisor - Employee Relations - 3mth FTC
1. This role will provide high quality HR advice to a range of employees, workers, managers, and directors.
2. Ensure advice is value led, works to best practice and legislation, and covers a range of people related issues, queries, employment relations case work and organisational change including TUPE.
3. Support the prompt and effective resolution of issues at the appropriate level and where they support formal investigations and hearings ensure those involved are treated with dignity, respect andpassion.
4. The post holder will ensure the processes arepleted to a high standard and within policy and service level agreement time frames.
What you'll need to succeed
5. We are looking for candidates that are either immediately available or maximum 1 week notice.
6. Have strong high volume ER case management.
7. CIPD qual or equivalent
8. Used to working in a fast paced environment
9. Excellent employment law knowledge.
