Job Title: Business Support Associate

Overview:
We're seeking a proactive and detail-focused Business Support Associate to support the coordination and delivery of services across our national landscape teams. You'll manage job scheduling, monitor performance, ensure compliance with SLAs, and provide key admin and reporting support-all while working closely with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and track jobs using in-house systems
Support service delivery across technicians and subcontractors
Liaise with clients on service queries and updates
Maintain accurate data and reporting using systems like SAFE and Masternaut
Assist with contract reports, audit trails, and meeting prep
Uphold compliance and process standards
What We're Looking For:
Experience in a service delivery, scheduling, or contact centre role
Strong IT and data entry skills
Excellent communication and team collaboration
Detail-oriented, organised, and calm under pressure
Motivated self-starter with a problem-solving mindset
