The Role As an International Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in executing CNX Therapeutics’ global growth strategy by managing international partnerships and identifying new opportunities for geographical and portfolio expansion. This role requires expertise in managing branded, generic, and value-added medicines, with responsibilities spanning financial oversight, partner relations, contract management, market intelligence, and commercial strategy execution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES: Develop and maintain strong relationships with international partners and key stakeholders. Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure compliance and efficiency in partner agreements and distribution channels. Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives. Drive sales and marketing initiatives in collaboration with partners. Evaluate existing product portfolio to identify expansion and growth opportunities. In collaboration with the Head of Partner Markets, develop and execute market entry strategies for new regions, including competitive analysis and regulatory considerations. Work closely with Business Development (BD) and Business Intelligence (BI) teams to assess new product opportunities and formulate commercialization strategies. Represent CNX Therapeutics at international partner meetings, conferences, and market visits (frequent travel will be required). Identify and develop new business opportunities through partnerships. ESSENTIAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. Extensive experience in international commercial management and licensing within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Strong understanding of global market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and commercialization strategies. Proven track record in managing international partnerships, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Commercial experience in European markets and with pre-wholesalers/wholesalers is desirable but not mandatory We want to be Pioneers!
