What You Will Do
* Undertake timely and comprehensive assessments of children, young people, and families, identifying risks, needs, and appropriate interventions.
* Manage a varied caseload while ensuring high‑quality, child‑centred social work practice.
* Develop and implement effective plans to safeguard children and promote positive outcomes.
* Work collaboratively with multi‑agency partners, including education, health, police, and community services.
* Prepare detailed assessments, reports, and records in line with statutory requirements and local procedures.

* Attend strategy meetings, case conferences, and court proceedings where required.
