Job Description:
We are looking for Occupational Health Advisor.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct occupational health assessments and provide professional advice on employee fitness for work.
* Deliver health surveillance and wellbeing initiatives.
* Provide case management support for long-term and short-term absence cases.
* Support compliance with health and safety legislation and organisational policies.
* Liaise with HR teams, managers, GPs, and other healthcare professionals when required.
Essential Requirements:
* Registered Nurse qualification with Occupational Health experience.
* Qualification or specialist training in Occupational Health.
* Experience managing occupational health casework and sickness absence referrals.
* Strong knowledge of workplace health, wellbeing, and employment-related health matters.
* Ability to produce clear occupational health reports and recommendations.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Skill & Qualification:
* Experience in health surveillance and risk assessment.
* Knowledge of employment law and disability-related workplace adjustments.
* Experience advising managers within large organisations.
