Job Description: As such, Direct Medics are working in partnership with an NHS Trust to find an experienced and dedicated Occupational Therapist who will be based in the Leyland area, Lancashire, providing a comprehensive specialist Children's Therapy service. Locum roles with Direct Medics are a great way of enhancing your earning potential as well as working with some of the most professional and successful Occupational Therapy teams in the country. This is an exciting opportunity to provide work with a Community based caseload of children with motor coordination difficulties (diagnosis of DCD, ASD, ADHD, co-morbidities); generally 5- teenage years. This role will ideally require full time hours required (Monday to Friday between 8:30 / 16:30) and will be for a 3 month duration initially. Requirements: Recognised Occupational Therapy Degree qualification with relevant HCPC registration Relevant post graduate experience encompassing the specialist field of practice that demonstrates in depth knowledge of children's community services Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
