OutThere are working with a Firm specialising in Property Law, to recruit a Legal Receptionist to join their busy office in Park Gate.
You will be a warm people orientated person, with the ability to interact well with clients and colleagues.
Responsibilities:
* Responding to incoming telephone enquiries
* Reviewing enquiries via e-mail and responding appropriately
* Setting up client files
* Prioritising tasks accordingly
* Greeting clients and visitors in an approachable and friendly manner
* Supporting with printing, scanning, and photocopying tasks
* Providing administrative assistance across various departments (e.g.. document filing, data entry, organising client files)
* Overseeing and organising meetings
* General office administration
* Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a legal or professional services environment is desirable
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience of working in a fast paced environment
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational abilities
* High attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
