We are recruiting for a FLT / Warehouse Operative to join our Client. This is a fantastic opportunity to start or grow your career in a specialist environment where safety, precision, and performance are at the heart of everything we do.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting warehouse operations to ensure efficient stock control, storage, and movement of goods
* Managing the IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container) cleaning process and performing quality control checks
* Conducting routine stock counts, safety checks, and housekeeping across the site
* Participating in waste management processes and environmental compliance checks
* Assisting with surplus fuel picking and loading under correct procedures
* Performing regular safety and security walkarounds and reporting any issues
* Working closely with production to ensure they have the materials needed for continuous operation
What We’re Looking For:
* A proactive, hands-on individual with a positive attitude and a keen eye for detail
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Someone with the initiative to work independently but also thrives in a team
* Basic computer literacy (Outlook, Word, label printing, scanning equipment)
* Comfortable working in an industrial/technical environment
* FLT Counterbalance Licence RTITB – Reach FLT Desirable – But not Essential
